- SLStephanie LewisApr 15, 20265.0All in all this was a good experience, except the strawberries were very much underripe and the cantaloupe balls were super hard but I talked to Felipe (spelling?) on the phone and he explained how little control they have over that and he definitely went above and beyond to make it up for me -- this was a special order for the grand opening of my son's dental office. Managers like this who really listen make all the difference in the world! Bravo!!

Went back to request that they KINDLY please make a new one - answer was no, NOT OUR problem, refused to do anything but supposedly call their store manager and then after that supposed conversation, hand over their corporate number. Next...Called corporate, talked about all of this, they said we would get an email from the store...oh that's so helpful. So then after asking for a supervisor again, the agent in supposedly corporate affairs actually took 15 minutes of my time and called the store and talked to the store employee....who then said that we were passing the drink back and forth. I never let go of the drink!! All of this instead of solving the issue - this is brilliant customer service over a $5 drink. Really? A drink worth about .25 cents... Yet they offer ANYONE $5 off for signing up for an email. Wow, this is GREAT customer service!!!!!! No wonder they have 2 star reviews on their site. I can see why now. I would never kibbitz over someone spilling a drink - much less a child that's only 4. Why not just remake the drink???? NEVER going to step foot in here again and will tell everyone how rude they were to us.
