I’m a bigger girl, but I can still fit into their clothes, and I felt like I was treated differently because of my size. I was told I had to scan a QR code and wait to enter the fitting room, yet I watched other customers who came after me get let in without having to do the same process. It honestly felt discriminatory and embarrassing. This experience made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, and I hope management addresses how customers are being treated in their stores. You could up sale more if you spoke to your customers instead of looking around so stuck up fixing the fixtures slamming hangers being passive aggressive like you just want people out of your store! Wait forever just to get help or go in a dressing room or shoes or anything. Thee worst. Hire better sales people!
