  I don’t know who is in charge of arranging the store but this is Downtown Summerlin which is pretty upscale and the store has always been on the affordable yet upscale looking side but the last few times I’ve been there (trying to give them another chance) I truly wanted to ask the store manager or owners who is in charge of purchasing and display because is terrible. Terrible taste, lots of turquoise and browns, flowers, red and pinks, layers on too of layers (ruffles) Handkerchief hem dress… omg it was like 1999 fashion Q where you could get a $10 dress but this guys are charging you $40…. Very disappointing because is the TASTE that has changed. Shoes look made of shiny plastic and absolutely not classy at all. Just because a store is affordable doesn’t necessarily mean it’s cheap looking if they have taste they can make it look beautiful. The store was empty by the way which makes me believe a lot of us are not happy with the display…. You can do better I follow fashion trends and that’s NOT it.

  Rarely leave bad reviews for stores. In here shopping right now and was not approached. As I asked for help finding and item I was told if it’s not there, we don’t have it, without a second look. The manager is the real reason I’m leaving this review. She’s chatting with the employees about concerts and socializing the entire time while she addresses customers in a rude and accusatory tone about how many items can be allowed in the dressing room and the accessories that I am holding and planning to buy. I place the accessories that I would like to buy on the counter to hold so I can try on clothes as the manager behind the counter proceeds to ignore my presence before enough time goes by she rudely tells me to leave them on the counter. Wont ever shop at this location again and have never felt so uninvited in a store I’m trying to spend money in.

  I enjoyed the product that I bought from Windsor but I wasn’t impressed with the guest service - first I asked if someone could bring a dress down for me and the girl rolled her eyes at me; and than I tried the dresses on and this shorter younger lady with eyelashes that looked like they were going to fly away off of her face caught an attitude with me and said next time to put my dresses away that I didn’t want which I was going to do until she said something because girl what? I don’t know hopefully they hire more friendly, professional staff

  rude staff, only to my friend and i. said i couldn’t help my friend tie her dress… hello? another friend group came in to the dressing rooms, she let them in together. not sure why so rude but it usually only happens to my friend and i when we come in. the cashier was nice though
