  Walking into an establishment with such beautiful and high value objects can be intimidating, but Stan Yoabov made things comfortable. We were able to wander and have hands on experiences with some great time pieces. Stan handed me a loupe to observe the wonderful intricacies of a skeleton movement, which was a treat. We took our time and never felt pressured or unwanted. Definitely worth a visit when in Vegas.

  I travel here from Dallas to do most of my watch shopping because of how great this team is. Highly recommend! Jenn is my sales rep and she does an amazing job - genuine, trustworthy, and has great communication. It’s refreshing to find this kind of a relationship with an AD of so many amazing brands in one place.

  If you buy a watch, go to Andrew here. He made the buy experience a unique and memorable moment. I bought my dream watch. A watch I’ve been thinking about for half my life and my dream came true today. This place in my humble opinion is the only place to buy a heirloom watch. Tell Andrew, Philip sent you. He made the buying experience delightful with no pressure. The service here was delivered with a smile and champagne.

  I joke that I suffer from an incurable condition - horological hoarding - but my experience at Watches of Switzerland at the Wynn made it feel completely justified. After visiting several authorized dealers in different cities and repeatedly hearing how unlikely it was to ever acquire a Patek Philippe, I had pretty low expectations. While browsing the exhibition pieces, I was about to leave when Lina greeted us. She struck the perfect balance - warm, knowledgeable and genuine. We quickly connected over a shared appreciation for fine watchmaking, and she took the time to walk us through a couple of beautiful pieces, including a Calatrava and an Aquanaut. I mentioned how much I loved the Calatrava, and she said she’d see what she could do. I didn’t want to get my hopes up… but the very next day, I got the call. I understand experiences like this aren’t typical, and while we do have some prior purchase history, nothing about this felt transactional. It felt like Lina truly listened and advocated for us. Walking out with my first Patek Philippe felt surreal. Lina made the entire experience personal and memorable in a way that’s rare, especially in the world of luxury watches. We’ve visited many ADs, and this was truly exceptional. If you’re serious about watches and want to be treated with respect and genuine enthusiasm, I highly recommend asking for Lina.
