  Hubby and I were running around the outlet mall looking for a shirt to match these swim trunks we had just bought, and having no luck. Meanwhile the mall was getting ready to close. Kylie was super helpful in finding the right style and size to match what we needed. Tolina helped us w last minute shoe ideas and we ended up finding the right pair w her assistance. And Andy was so friendly and efficient at checkout. They were all so nice and helpful that we didn’t even realize they had kept the store open a little later just to finish helping us out. 🫶🏼 Will def be back because of them! 😊

  Had a really great experience at Vans in the outlet mall. Kylie and Tolina were awesome and kept running to the back several times to help us find different shirts, shoes, and sizes. They were both super friendly and never made us feel like we were bothering them. Andy was also really helpful and made checking out quick and easy. And we didn’t even know the mall had closed while we were still looking at stuff. They all were incredibly patient. Great customer service from all three of them and we’ll definitely be back!

  In the store right now, they put Brown Paper Bag on their playlist. An absolute banger of a DnB track. 5 star for good music.

  My daughter and I both found some nice new shoes. We got a scare from a huge cockroach though 😬
