- WWWKMar 4, 20261.0Uncomfortable experience at this location. We came in to shop for wedding bands the past Saturday. When I showed your associate my engagement ring to find a match (per her request), she kept pushing to know where it was from, eventually asking, "i mean, WHAT BRAND?" VCA team, do I need to pass a brand name background check to shop at your store? After all the personal interviewing questions, the worst part? We didn’t see a single physical wedding band or a picture of one the entire time, even though she kept "checking" the catalog. VCA, you can do much better on staff training. Rather than spending time screening customer's status, try providing some basic service. I’d recommend avoiding this store, there are better jewelry shops with professional service in the same mall.
