- MMMiresmaeil mbiSep 26, 20262.0I had a very disappointing experience at this location today. I went in to purchase a pair of sunglasses, and the employee specifically told me that they offered price matching. After choosing the sunglasses, I found the exact same model online for approximately $70 less. I showed the price to the employee, and they agreed to match it. We then proceeded to checkout based on that agreement. However, at the register, they suddenly changed what they had told me and said they would only price match their own website. This was especially frustrating because the pricematch offer was brought up by their employee in the first place. The way the situation was handled was unprofessional and left me with a very negative impression.

I am currently on vacation in Las Vegas and the sunglass hut just off the main strip was super patient with me in helping me make my decisions. Amazing customer service. Couldn't ask for better.

I was looking for something I could wear out of the store that I’d also love to wear all summer long. She brought me great options, recommended specific shapes for my face, and even helped me with a hair tie when mine popped from the heat. She was a friendly greeter from the moment I walked in and is a fantastic salesperson. She made it feel like I was shopping with a friend who could tell me exactly what looked and felt best on my face! Thanks Jaedyn!!
