  While in Las Vegas went into their store. The staff was excellent and they advised of the buy one get one 40% off I bought Maui Jim and a Ray Ban The Ray Ban nose piece fell off after 9 DAYS and the plastic arm covers came off when I pulled sunglass neck strap off. Quality very questionable

  Everybody there was extremely helpful in every way! At first I was reluctant because I had an ankle monitor on but they treated us extremely well and I mean that. I don’t do these surveys very often unless I’m compelled too but how I and my lady were treated. My lady bought 3 pairs and my Oakleys were customized and ordered right there on the spot and they couldn’t have been more helpful and very polite. Very pleased with them. I would DEFINITELY recommend friends and family. Thanks guys keep up the good work

  Whenever I arrived in the store, it was very crowded at the Las Vegas Premium Outlet. However, the store had some amazing sales. I selected a pair of sunglasses that I was planning to purchase and Roberto assisted that he takes my glasses and put them in holding tray while my partner and I continue to shop. A few mins passes by and I go back to the sale rack up front to browse some more. Then I SEE the SAME GLASSES ( that was taking from me to be place in the holding tray) BACK ON THE SHELF. I approached Roberto and asked him why did he put my glasses back. It appeared that he didn’t believe that I would be purchasing anything. I asked them why they put my glasses back. And they stated “I thought you were done”. It was the only pair in the store and I could not believe that that put my glasses back on the shelf. I was completely confused why they put my glasses back we proceeded to the cash register to purchase them. I inquired about the rewards program and I was not informed what it consisted of. I did read at the bottom of the receipt and found a few benefits of the rewards program. Roberto did seem very short with me at the cash register. I really love the glasses that I got for myself and my partner but the customer service almost made me walk out the store after they put my glasses back. I would like to note that we were the only “black people” in the store.

  Aalan es un colaborador súper amable que me ayudó con mi compra. Su atención fue muy buena y la variedad de lentes en la tienda es bastante. Hay opciones con buenos descuentos y en mi caso una promoción extra por llevar varias piezas. Gran lugar.
