- BEBrain Eric3 days ago3.0I went back to the store expecting a return or replacement, but they refused both options and told me they could only repair them. What surprised me even more was that they had to order this tiny screw first, even though it is such a common and basic part for eyeglasses. It took nearly 10 days and two trips to the store just to get this small issue resolved. For a pair of sunglasses that cost nearly $300, I expected much better product quality and, especially, much better customer service. It’s hard to understand how a business can provide this level of service and expect to keep customers, especially in today’s difficult economy. Very disappointing overall.
