  Those two employees need better training on how to treat customers professionally and respectfully. It was extremely rude and uncomfortable to see them whispering and laughing while looking at customers, then pretending they weren’t doing anything. We also felt rushed throughout our visit, and neither of them was friendly or welcoming. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

  I love this brand, and the rest of the staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, my experience with the store manager was very disappointing. I was trying on a pair of heels and simply asked if they had the same style in my husband’s size, which was located on the other side of the store. Instead of assisting me, she replied, “You can walk over there and show the sales associate which one,” in a rude and dismissive tone. For a luxury shopping destination like The Shops at the Venetian, I would expect management to provide exceptional customer service. A store manager should be welcoming, professional, and willing to help customers, not make them feel like they are inconveniencing the staff. I was also surprised by her appearance. Her clothing and hair looked unprofessional, which did not reflect the high standards I expect from a store in such a prestigious location. I will continue to support the brand because I truly like the products, but I hope management addresses the customer service standards at this location.

  I have Visited this location while on my birthday vacation. A black girl working there named Alex was very rude and unprofessional. I had bought three different pairs of shoes one I needed for a photo shoot and they were already dirty when they brought them out to me. I asked for a tiny discount and she in a disgusting rude attitude told me no and that I was walking on the floor so it’s my fault. Honestly, you need to find someone else Who enjoys their job to work there. i’m not satisfied with the customer service she provided at all, This was my First experience walking into Steve Madden and it was absolutely horrible.

  Love Madden shoes, but staff was misleading about a sale that was going on. Got to the register and... surprise! No sale for you! I have always had great service in my hometown store where Freebirds are sold, but this place may as well have been a Payless. Yuk.
