  I had such a great experience with T! I ordered my wedding heels and unfortunately received a pair that appeared to have been a display pair. I was really disappointed, especially since these are for such an important day, but T completely turned the experience around. She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She went above and beyond to help me find another store that had my heels available and made sure I was able to get a brand-new pair. She truly cared about getting the situation resolved and made the whole process so much less stressful for me. Thank you so much, T, for your amazing customer service and for helping make sure I had the perfect heels for my wedding! Steve Madden is lucky to have you! 🤍👰🏻‍♀️✨

  I love this place. I’m always greeted when I first walked in. I just purchased a new pair of sandals for the Fourth of July. I highly recommend the staff is really nice. Everybody was smiling and inviting. I had more than one person offering me help.

  We just stopped in here and Anaya was incredibly helpful and lovely! We got some sale shoes and a bag, she was so nice and I really wanted to highlight how great her customer service was :)

  My girlfriend’s first time in Vegas and the shoes she got were not working for the walking, stopped in at Steve Madden and Anaya(?) not only found her a comfortable pair but a pair she loved and will wear after this trip ends. Good quality and price, better customer service. Give her a raise
