  I walked in at 6:45 pm (May 14th 2026) to look for a new suitcase for our trip this weekend. We went to Premium South specifically to buy a new Samsonite piece of luggage. I found a bag I liked at the back of the store, however nobody offered to help me. I was waiting for my wife to come in (who was across the hall). My wife walked up to the front door at 6:48 pm (3 minutes later) & the Asian lady would not let her in. I walked up to the door to find out why my wife was not coming in & the woman told us that she had to shut the store down early to do paperwork. What kind of pathetic useless customer service is that ? We went to buy a 400$ piece of luggage and we are chased out of the store because the woman has to do paperwork ten 13 minutes before the store closes? I have bought many pieces of luggage in the past, but now I refuse to give Samsonite another dollar of my business. This was a total waste of my & my rice’s time. I will be escalating this to Samsonite corporate as NO store should chase off a customer when they are in the store before the store closes & this woman should not be working in retail

  NICE STAFF & PRICES. This location is not at all busy. Eddie was very helpful with the deals of the week. We left with a 2 piece set and technology travel kit. Would recommend finding your luggage here at great outlet prices.
