  Went there after placing an order to pick up, maybe it was just me and being impatient or the fact that I dealt with many customer service stores prior and once you place an order and go in to the physical store they’d be able to assist you. I guess I didn’t look like their normal clientele or whatever it was but the girl who was manning the store was not helpful, she catered more to the Caucasian folks which is ok they looked impatient. I decided to wait until the next day after following the email that came in while we were in store. We received a call that the product was not in stock, we called for more information and when we called the customer service was the same as the night before, didn’t seem like they wanted to help much, basically told me to kick rocks and cancel it on my own because if they did it it would automatically get mailed out, I asked for a different color which they stated they had but once again I’d have to cancel it because they wouldn’t be able to it would ship my prior order out and I’d get double charged which I appreciate the explanation, but proper customer service is meeting the needs of your customers, I’m sure they can go in and manually override and change the model number and specs, shouldn’t be rocket science, I guess this location is used to people who look, or spend a certain way. They don’t come across very customer friendly. I’d say if you don’t really know what you want and just need a pair of sunglasses they’re probably more helpful, no so much if it comes to meta glasses.

  I’m not an easy person to leave a store with a shopping bag, but I left with an attention that changed my experience as a customer of the Ray-ban store. Gail, if you see this, keep giving that unique and unmatched treatment, you helped me get the pair of lenses I didn’t know I needed! I’ll be back soon to buy a new pair with you!
