  First and foremost, I would like to give a shout out to the sales associate, Terry a.k.a. Mr. T for his exemplary customer service However, as for the POLO store, the sales were lacking NO SALES ON PANTS BELTS POLO ITEMS WITH THE BEAR ON IT As for the polos themselves, you’re offering 15% off of Apollo that cost $118? I’m better off buying POLO with the Macy’s friends and family discount. I walked out empty-handed severely disappointed. I HAVE NO PICTURES TO ADD DUE TO MY DISGUST

  I’ve had consistently wonderful experiences at the Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store on South Las Vegas Boulevard, and a huge reason for that is Nyisha. What really stands out is that her customer service has gone far beyond a single great interaction. Visit after visit, Nyisha has been welcoming, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in making sure I have a great experience. Over time, she has actually taken the time to build a relationship with me—to the point that we now know and greet each other by first name. That kind of personal connection is rare in retail today, and it makes a tremendous difference. I never feel like I’m simply another customer walking through the door or that she is just trying to make a sale. Nyisha remembers me, engages with me naturally, pays attention to what I like, and consistently makes me feel valued as a returning customer. Most importantly, it feels genuine, not rehearsed or transactional. Great customer service can happen once. What makes Nyisha exceptional is that she delivers that same level of service over and over again. She has turned shopping at this location into an experience I genuinely look forward to, and she is absolutely one of the reasons I continue coming back. Nyisha is an outstanding representative of the Polo Ralph Lauren brand and exactly the type of employee a company should recognize and value. Please make sure she receives the recognition she deserves for consistently going above and beyond.
