  I was referred to the Wynn Omega boutique by a good friend, and more specifically told to speak with Ryan. As we walked in I asked for Ryan and he was one of the 3 gentlemen standing up front. He immediately knew my name (despite never meeting me before) and appeared genuinely interested and excited to chat with us. My son asked about a few timepieces in the case and without hesitation Ryan suggested he try them on, my son was nervous about the proposition but with Ryan’s assurance he ultimately tried on several pieces, what a generous gesture! Ryan’s demeanor and kindness was only surpassed his knowledge of Omega pieces and horology in general. There was absolutely no pressure and Ryan was the consummate professional, he is truly a master of his craft Ultimately I purchased a Speedmaster Moonwatch and Ryan made this experience not only pleasurable, but unforgettable. Ryan has made a customer for life and I will definitely be making it a point to visit him anytime I find myself in Las Vegas. Thanks, Ryan!
