- BMBryan MMar 23, 20262.0I was walking around downtown Summerlin and decided to stop in as I do need some new frames and have been looking a few places. I have always liked Oakleys so figured I’d look around a bit and knew a few models I’d like to try on. It started out good as the lady behind the counter was polite and helped look up a specific model for me to see if it was still made/available in store. She was great. They didn’t have this model anymore so I proceeded to look around a bit more. This is where it went downhill fast. Another female employee comes out to talk to me while I’m looking. Starts talking a mile a minute and had a thick accent. I could barely understand what she was saying, I believe something about insurance could be used. I politely said thank you and stated I was going look at some frames. She stayed on my heels and stared at everything I went to do. Like so close that it was uncomfortable. I guess they felt I needed a babysitter breathing down my neck while i looked around. I’m not exaggerating when I say she stayed no more than about 5-6 inches from my heels the whole time staring. This didn’t last long as I decided I was leaving. As I left I remarked that she really didn’t need to hover Over me so close which she seemed to find amusing. I will purchase elsewhere.
