  Was trying to check out and the sales person (bald guy) made it sound like I was signing up for the shopping card when in reality it was their credit card. I left my stuff and told the manager. Will not be back. I thought they needed a social but I don’t trust this place.

  I’m not someone who usually complains or writes reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I came into the store because I was interested in purchasing a purse and asked an employee for assistance. She told me, “I’ll send someone over,” but no one ever came to help me. Meanwhile, we watched her immediately assist another woman who was white after she asked for help. I’ve never experienced what felt like racism in a store before, and I left feeling extremely uncomfortable and disappointed. Regardless of race, every customer should be treated with the same level of respect and attention. I hope management takes this experience seriously and ensures that all customers are treated fairly and professionally.

  Just had a disappointing experience and just an example of why going to the big corporation stores will always be a mistake. I took my daughters back to school shopping and found a pair of Jeffery Campbell shoes that I really liked. They were priced $120, but they had clearly been tried on so many times the bottoms had actually wear marks and the stricter was nearly rubbed off. However, they are a perfect fit for me and I had an outfit in mind. When we reached the register I asked if they would consider a floor discount because they were clearly very worn. I said if they can’t like 30 percent off I would buy the shoe. Instead the cashier said “we don’t do stuff like that at this store and I’m actually going to recommend these are pulled off the floor”. I told her I do want them if she’d be willing to ask a manager but she said nope but assured me they have a program where they will be donated. So instead of Nordstrom making money and me getting the shoes they are going to a landfill because we all know they’re not actually being donated.

  The lines are huge even to pick up an online package. The manager saw that and didn't help the line was stopped by a lady who was returning shoes and she had gone to look for others and no one could move forward. They should have better customer service, the people who were there looked at each other to see when they were going to move. The manager was no happy but she was no doing anything . And then when was your turn they try to rush your order .

  I like the place, it's really clean. This place has pretty much everything so I dont have to go anywhere else.
