I showed her my bday perks code from the app, and she was like “What is that?” Am I the only one that gets Birthday Perks here yearly? Because, I did not like her tone when she asked me that question. She made it seem like I am asking her for a discount myself. When I told her it’s a Birthday Perks, she looked at my phone and said, “Oh yeah. I have to look at the promotions.” Been shopping here for years and all employees are always nice and friendly and very accommodating, but I didn’t feel that from her at all.

I simply went for a price check and explanation of signs and tags on the clothes and she gave me such nasty energy look and attitude (she was African American cashier with long braids) I kept shopping and even tried on where I met Stephany the attendant and I asked her the same question and she was so sweet and explained everything fully and with a smile on her face. Who runs this store truly? I wouldn't be surprised if the cashier is a manager on a power trip. This business is on the top worst for me. Taking my money elsewhere literally just left 8:30 pm and in the parking lot writing this so you can track on your cameras exactly who I am talking about. The cashier was super rude and nasty and she needs to be FIRED! worst employee ever!
