  I had the most amazing shopping experience in the fragrance department with Jenny! She is very knowledgeable about fragrances and understands notes and the nuances of the different designer brands. She’s very kind and patience and took the time to show me several different fragrances. I truly enjoyed shopping with her and will return and spend all of my money again!

  Shout out to Gina in the perfume/soap/beauty section just inside the lower mall entrance. Gina is one of the most helpful staffers in the store. She informs us locals about upcoming sales (like the one on 7/18) and gathers samples for customers before a customer could think that was an option.

  I had such a wonderful experience at Nordstrom in the Fashion Show Mall in Las Vegas. Marcie at Jo Malone was absolutely incredible, so generous with her time, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Even while I was shopping for Le Labo products, she went above and beyond to assist me, making the entire experience feel seamless and special. It’s rare to come across someone so attentive and kind, without ever feeling rushed. Truly exceptional service, thank you, Marcie, for making my visit so enjoyable!

  While in Las Vegas I shopped my favorite store and made several purchases in different departments. I was very happy with the level of customer care i received from each department staffer. Their energy and spirits were very good. Wish I gathered their names. Thanks for being great workers

  I am giving 5 stars for the service I received today, but overall I am disappointed in Nordstrom. I work in hospitality in Las Vegas and I have to buy my own suits. That being the case I would often buy suits at Nordstrom Rack, and then get them tailored with the "notes" earned from the purchase of suits, shirts, ties, etc.... I purchased from the Rack. Nordstrom in their infinite wisdom has decided that purchase made at the Rack no longer earn points/notes, which can be used at the regular Nordstrom. Thankfully my Tailor today allowed me to use the points I had earned. Thank you for that. As far as future purchases, I just can't say. Bad move Nordstrom! It's not like there aren't a number of other places i can buy suits
