  Lexi had great cx service! She made us feel appreciated, heard, valued as new cx and we will definitely be back! Thank you Enrique the other hand, was very professional when I called yesterday. Today he was professional again. However, he failed to accommodate us as first time customers, for a quality issue complaint. The complaint was regarding one of the two products we received after being told this product was better than what we originally came for, which it was not!! That caused us to waiver on our stance, and it also caused us to spend more than what we would have originally spent, only for the product to be trash. I will not never return to this location or company again, due to the lack of consideration for the entire situation. I came with accountability, consideration and understanding, only be met with partial accountability and accommodations. This is very poor for a first time cx. Do better… Management does have permission to contact me. Please provide the best contact if you all are willing to fix the issue at hand. At that time I will up date the review.

  I love how the staff are so chill and knowledgeable. My girl Lexy picks out my 5 pre-rolls when I do the 5 for $25 deals. She gets me right every time!

  I asked chatGPT for the best deals, knowledgeable budtenders and quality products. They sent me here to meet Mel whom the security prefaced "would take care of me" lemme tell you DID SHE!!! Mel was the budtender I've always dreamed of, she KNEW her products and strains!! I struggle with many tenders who claim to know what they are talking about and don't. I even questioned her and she never missed a beat with the correct answers, this gorgeous gal is KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EXPERIENCED! I respect it! Highly recommend this location and their selection we definitely will be back!

  My first time at this dispensary and let me say 10/10 great deals for first time customers buy one get one a penny who wouldn’t miss that !! Lexi was the bud tender today and she has such amazing customer service and good personality as well knows how to talk to the customers definitely you guys got my cliental now I love the prices !
