  My wife forgot her necklace at the store while trying on another necklace. We went back the next day and Shaliza, the manager, spotted my wife and pointed at her and said, “necklace @. She saw the necklace and put it away hoping my wife came back. What a sweetheart she is for doing that, and then she helped my wife with her purchases. I can’t say enough good things about Shaliza. See you on our next trip to Vegas!

  Not one employee in the store behaves In a professional and Respectful manner, and after meeting with the manager of the store I can see why the employees behaving in that manner. When a manager herself is such a despicable and disrespectful human being the rest of the employees in the store are going to be at the very least the same or worse. I don't see the store being open for much longer it is always empty and I have to go to North outlet to make purchases because of how disgusting the employees are in the store, and of course the manager is no better

  I’ve just been to this Michael Kors store and have NEVER encountered such poor customer service, so much so after I’d paid for my transaction, I ended up having a full refund due to the rudeness and arrogance of the female manager who wouldn’t disclose her name. I purchased 5 items totalling over $350, these 5 items were gifts, when I explained I’d like 5 x gift bags (which were then explained to me in a very condescending way - that they’re called shopping bags) I was immediately met with a no. I explained that I’d be happy to pay for them separately - and they told me I’m one person - I get ONE bag only. After this I then shared the logic if I were 5 people and bought 1 of these items individually, they’d give each person a bag. She agreed but still told me I couldn’t do it, even if I did split my transactions. Being a Michael Kors customer for 5+ years and spending thousands of dollars in their store, it’s incredibly disappointing, but also from reading other reviews, it’s a common experience at this store. Avoid this store at all costs, and I’ll question whether I’ll buy from the brand again due to the pettiness and unprofessionalism of its staff.
