  Awful customer service. Two days ago, after waiting 30 minutes for my size, we were simply told, “It’s up to you.” We ended up going to Crystals to complete the purchase, where the staff was excellent. When we returned to pick it up, the service here was even worse than before. Overall, a very disappointing experience

  This newly remodeled location looks great. Good designs for men, cute styles for women. I spoke with Jin and she was very pleasant to speak with while she showed me the new store.

  An amazing store! My absolute favorite brand. Sometimes with these boutiques they only carry limited items, frequently carrying little if any menswear. This store had a full line of men's and women's items, including some great sale items! Mindy was so nice and helpful and even brought out the most gorgeous coat I had ever seen - which they only had one of - from the back room because she thought I'd like it. I cannot recommend this store highly enough, especially Mindy. (Oh, and that coat? It was love at first sight and I absolutely had to get it.)
