  January 2nd 2025 I went to Marc Jacobs at Las Vegas North Premium Outlet. I had to wait in a very short line to enter the store. Once I got inside the store a gentleman ask me if I needed some assistance. The sales clerk told me his name was Angel. I explained to him what I was looking for and he showed me a couple of sweatpants, tee shirts and jackets that would complete a whole outfit. Angel went to the stock room located my size and bought a couple of outfits out to me. Angel made my whole shopping experience at Marc Jacob absolutely amazing. Angel was so attentive, helpful and took the time to assist me in locating just what I was looking for. As I proceeded to check out Angel told me he was the Assistant Manager and in the future while visiting Las Vegas stop by or give him a call and he would love to assist me with any of my Marc Jacob future purchases. It's sad but true, good customer service doesn't excess anymore however, on January 2nd 2025 Angel proved me wrong. I would recommend to all my friends and family if they are going to do any shopping at the Las Vegas North Premium Outlets stop in Marc Jacobs and ask for Angel You wont be disappointed!.😊

  I baught a bag here a week ago , checked my card when i got home they charged me for it twice im back in ireland now and cant get in contact with the store
