- JRJess RodriguezFeb 28, 20261.0Worst experience at Marc Jacobs I ever had. I went in a couple of weeks ago and was helped by a tall woman named Eva. She was very pushy and rude. She had an attitude and was standing on her phone by a rack instead of making the effort to help me. As I was walking near the door she yelled bye have a good day assuming I was going to leave while I was still looking at an item. I won’t ever shop at this location again after years of shopping here.

And then there was Holly that just welcomed and helped me with my kids making them feel welcomed giving me the comfort to shop freely, and even brought them snacks for when I came back. They all really went above and beyond !
