  Georjie is the absolute best. She is amazing and was great with her suggestions. I loved everything that I bought and couldn’t be happier with the bag she helped me put together with my pups. She helped me find solutions to all of my problems and got me everything I wanted! Couldn’t be happier and I’m so thankful for Georjie.

  I had such a great experience with Georjie at Marc Jacobs! She went above and beyond to help me get the last pair of shoes I wanted. I’m all the way in St. Louis, and she was able to have them shipped to me from Las Vegas. She was so quick, efficient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She made everything so easy and kept everything moving without any hassle. I truly appreciate her going the extra mile to make sure I was able to get my shoes. Amazing customer service and definitely someone I would recommend!

  Kristen was pleasant to talk to on the phone. She was willing to look for an item, send confirmation of the item, and assure item will be delivered in a timely fashion. I have never seen better customer service. Thanks again!
