  Love Lulu. Only complaint is the change in exchange policy going from lifetime to 1 year.....without any reduction in price for new items to compensate for the reduction in warranty.

  Great customer service and clothes but dinging 1 star due to: -lack of clothing selections (every time I come in, 95% of the store has the same clothes) -expensive clothing. Clothing is good quality but not worth what you pay imo.

  I wish I could put 0 stars. I returned an item that I ordered online. It said it was final sale and was 25$ , but the quality was terrible so I told them that I preferred my money back because quality was bad and I couldn’t wear it. I asked to speak to the supervisor . Her name is Amy. She was extremely aggressive and told me that I didn’t have a choice and that I had to take a gift card. She was so aggressive and told me that I called the salesperson a liar which was not true. I asked to speak to a manager because that’s the protocol. It was a terrible experience and I left feeling violated. My husband who was waiting for me, said that this same person approached him asking him what size shoe should I bring you. He said he was caught off guard because he was just sitting waiting for me,it seemed aggressive, instead of just asking him if he needed help. Aggressive, rude customer service, I have been a long time customer and I will never step foot in that store again

  Always love stopping in to see the latest arrivals, the staff is always so helpful and positive. Love my LuLu's

  They don’t let you shop, they follow you around hassling you and when you actually do need them to get pants down they are too busy chatting.
