I didn’t realize the promotion was only available for a limited time, so by the time I found my sizes and made it to the front of the line, the sale had ended. I was understandably disappointed, but then I had the pleasure of working with Madison. Despite my frustration, she went above and beyond to make sure my experience was still exceptional. She took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I understood the situation, and genuinely went out of her way to take care of me despite the misunderstanding. Madison, thank you for your kindness, patience, and incredible customer service! You are truly a gem, and lululemon is lucky to have you. ❤️
