- PLPoYu Lai6 days ago5.0Huge thanks to the lululemon team! I accidentally left my pouch with my passport and wallet in the fitting room, and the staff kept everything safe until I returned. Truly grateful for their honesty and kindness—they saved my trip!
- SSSheila SchuldtAug 29, 20265.0We have always had great service while shopping here and this time was even better. Jeremy was amazing & so kind, going above & beyond helping us find certain items & sizes! Justin assisted us out in the fitting rooms & was wonderful too! I can't recommend this Lulu enough!
- JOJoy OngAug 25, 20264.0the variety is huge here! look out for special discounts - they've fixed prices for different products, and it changes from time to time. love that it's organised and most of the clothing are neatly categorized. room for improvement - the sales associates could do a more efficient and meticulous job in organizing the changing room queues and putting back the clothes that have been tried on.
- TSTL SmithAug 7, 20264.0I went to lululemon today and when I walked in, I saw a sign advertising a daily deal. I didn’t realize the promotion was only available for a limited time, so by the time I found my sizes and made it to the front of the line, the sale had ended. I was understandably disappointed, but then I had the pleasure of working with Madison. Despite my frustration, she went above and beyond to make sure my experience was still exceptional. She took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I understood the situation, and genuinely went out of her way to take care of me despite the misunderstanding. Madison, thank you for your kindness, patience, and incredible customer service! You are truly a gem, and lululemon is lucky to have you. ❤️
