DO NOT SHOP HERE IN PERSON - NO REFUNDS FOR RETURNS Purchased a bag with SA Hector as a gift for significant others that she already had unfortunately. Tried to return for refund several hour later and was denied told they only offer store credits. This was not disclosed at purchase - absolutely ridiculous policy. Online offers refunds - makes no sense.

Thank you, Sara, for giving us an amazing experience in-store! We’ve been heard and assisted by a five-star service!

Mae and team were so kind. They took the time to show me several bags and help me choose the right one. Wish they had more of a Men’s collection—but their accessories are on point!

I love this boutique. I have been with Tilly for a while now and she's amazing. Always so kind and helpful. I highly recommend shopping here 😍 Loewe leather's are amazing!
