  I ordered wedding flowers from Flowers by Coley Las Vegas and everything turned out even better than I expected. The arrangements looked elegant, fresh, and beautifully designed. Delivery arrived exactly within the promised time window, which made the whole process stress-free on such an important day. The delivery staff was also incredibly kind and made sure everything was placed perfectly before leaving. Highly recommend for any special occasion.

  After 3x attempts of trying to get flowers delivered by one of those ‘big name’ florists, I found Flowers by Coley. So happy I did! The flowers are gorgeous and delivered when they said they would be delivered. Will definitely use them again in the future!

  Order through their online site - easy, efficient, beautiful arrangements, reasonable pricing for floral arrangements. Delivery was easy and efficient with preformatted by facilities/hospitals so no searching for addresses. Recipient was thrilled and said the arrangement was beautiful.

  My husband had flowers sent for our anniversary. They arrived late and were left at my work door. My neighbor held them for me til the next day. By mid afternoon they were dying. Less than 24hrs. I called and complained and they sent replacement flowers out the next day. The arrangement was noticeably smaller in size. It is now TWO days later and this is the state of the flowers. All in this was about $150. Very disappointing and such a let down for our anniversary. ***Edited the same day: a woman reached out by phone and left a voicemail in which she called me MISS twice. I am clearly a man and in my Google profile photo I have a scruffy beard. She apologized. Should not have happened. She offered multiple times to “make it right.” I explained to her that the first phone call about dead flowers and their offer of a second arrangement were their chance to “make it right.” They sent a smaller arrangement and flowers that died within 48hrs. I was not willing to accept another delivery and risk more dead flowers. I asked for and was told she would refund my husband for this purchase. ***Edit again to respond to owners response 4/20/26: You were given a chance to make things right and the re delivered flowers still died. You wanted to replace them again and I said no. Your response makes it seem like you rectified the situation and I was still not happy. I was sent flowers They died in 24hrs I called to address the issue You apologized and resent a SMALLER arrangement. The replacement flowers died in 48 hours. I left a google review You called me hours later to ask what you could do to make it right I said nothing at this point we already tried a replacement. I already took a chance and your chance was a failure and I wasn’t willing to risk a third try. I had to keep asking for the refund because you kept pushing me to accept ANOTHER arrangement. I just wanted to be clear to whomever reads this exactly how this played out. It felt very much as if you were attempting to try to appease me so I would remove the Google review. You did not outright ask me to remove the review. That was my impression. I informed you I was going to update the Google review with the fact that I was called miss on the phone twice.
