- NANicole AluJun 18, 20261.0They closed early 8/17, went by at 630, they are supposed to close at 7. Called today and talk to manager and whoever answered was very rude and just hung up on me. We drove over 40 mins to go to that specific location, and they were closed? If I could I would give zero stars!!!!

Because we couldn't make the trip, we counted on Edible Arrangements to deliver a beautiful, premium gift to my mom in our absence. Unfortunately, they failed to deliver what we paid for. I ordered an arrangement based on the online photos showcasing a full, vibrant, premium floral bouquet. What was actually delivered fell incredibly short: The Presentation: The product looked very sparse and thrown together compared to the advertised photo. The Delivery: The driver left it at the door in an oversized bag. The vase wasn't stabilized at all, causing it to sit tilted inside. Quality Issues: There was zero water in the vase, leaving the flowers completely dry and already looking spent upon arrival. We completely understand that Mother's Day is an incredibly busy time of year for floral deliveries. However, with that being said, extra care should be taken for a premium job like this during a major holiday, not less. When you spend nearly $150 on a gift to represent you when you can't be there, you expect basic quality control and careful handling. I expect management to reach out regarding this situation. The pictures have what we paid for, and what the painful presentation was.

But Jose the General Manager of this store reached out to me the last time I had issues and he made it right. He actually reached out to me personally and delivered the arrangement to make sure it was done right. Today I messaged him about helping me get something nice for our neighbors that watched our house and looked after my Daughter because we were in California at Cedars-Sinai Hospital for our Son for 6 weeks. But Jose will go the extra mile to make sure your order is perfect. I really appreciate your help Sir. I would highly recommend this location just request Jose if you want your order done correctly.
