Do not pressure or rush people… let them shop freely… she would show me something and get upset if I didn’t like it
- MSMinetta SlatteryAug 10, 20261.0Worst customer service we have ever received at this location. Luis was horrible. We explained what we needed and he pointed at a wall and said over that way. My husband needed to be measured for a new dress shirt. My husband sat down and was waiting, Luis walked up to him and didn't say a word. My husband had to speak to him first. Luis did open a dressing room for my husband but then disappeared. After I found what we needed and went to the front to check out, another staff member was ringing up another customer so I was waiting. Luis was leaning over the counter looking at his phone. The second staff member had to call out his name and told him they had customers waiting. Terrible customer service. I certainly hope staff doesn't receive commissions.

We walked from the strip cause well we did not think it was that far . Bad idea.... Anyway they set us down gave us water and they were so nice. Above and beyond service.
- LLLorenzoAug 3, 20262.0Reina spoke to me from across the room and offered me to “pull her in” if I needed help, after realizing she was talking to me, I asked for help finding a belt my size. She walked to the belts I was already at, mumbled something, then walked away. When I went to the front counter to checkout, she asked another sales employee to step away from the register so she can check me out. Learn customer service of any degree please, I’d have rather been left alone compared to this yikes.
