  Terrible service with judgey sells associates. My boyfriend and I went into the store, wanting to buy some shoes and a bag. Usually, we shop with our girl in the one in Austin, Texas, but we were on vacation . As soon as we walk in the older lady, that was the sales associate looks us up and down and avoid us. We were dressed down since we had a long weekend. Maybe she thought we weren’t gonna buy anything. and then a younger girl came, and she helped us out. I only ended up picking up some shoes since I would rather give the commission to the girl in Austin. I really didn’t think that people would be like that, but I guess in this day and age people are still judging you and base it on the way you dress.

  Highly recommend anybody looking to purchase to come stop by this location. Could not be more impressed with the overall environment, exceptional care and attention to detail provided by the staff. Their knowledge base and expertise in craft was more than impressive. They made the experience delightful and memorable. Big shout out to Olga and jojo for taking such good care of us throughout the journey.

  Worst experience ever. Mercenary sales people who are only interested in taking your money with zero follow through. They will ghost your confirmed appt. Order through the website. What a disgrace to the Maison.
