  We just wanted to share our amazing experience with Sal at the Bellagio Dior! My 13 year old daughter has been in love with DIOR for a very long time and it was a bucket list item to being able to visit an actual store! However budget for a 13 year old is very difficult and Sal made her feel like that didn't even matter. He took the extra time to work with her and went the extra mile to even bring her to tears. Sal did more than his job description that day he made a life long memory! Thank you!

  I’ve visited many Dior boutiques around the world, and the service I received at this one was truly exceptional. We looked at nearly 20 handbags before making our decision, and throughout the entire experience, the sales associate Fernando, was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and kind. We ended up purchasing a handbag, and the outstanding customer service made the experience even more enjoyable. I would gladly shop at this boutique again.

  I had a great experience at the Bellagio Dior store. I was so nervous to go after seeing the reviews on here, but I was treated with nothing but kindness by multiple staff members and was helped right away. My autistic daughter was rather chatty being silly and they did not make us feel unwelcome whatsoever and were warm and smiley. I got exactly what I wanted :)

  After reviewing derogatory comments, and actually being a customer with Dior at Bellagio, I found each individual who works there to be exemplary. They have never been unprofessional, they have always been gracious, kind and go above and beyond. As a business owner, for those who are upset, I would recommend stepping the attitude down a notch, there service is superb, you will be served, what you give to others. I will continue to shop there and enjoy the charismatic team, who cares about there customers.

  I was just in the store, planning to buy a bag and was completely ignored. Waited 20 min to get in, the two people working were the most rude. If you want a luxury bag experience DO NOT purchase from here.
