  Just left out of Citi trend and a worker approached by four-year-old granddaughter with the comment. Hey girlfriend, I need your bag. First thing (she not your girlfriend) second you should not be walking up on someone else child taken anything out of her hands. I told her she should address a parent with a child ,and she took the bag out of her hand so I asked her for the bag and told her that I would take it to the front. Throughout this encounter she chose to argue with me , I told my family what ever they had put it down. customer sucks so at this point, I will never return to this store. You need to update and train your associates on how to handle customers properly.. The girl that took the bag from my granddaughter bag from her hangs had a red nose 👃

  Told me I had to leave my bag at the front, I said I have medical supplies so I need to bring it around with me, they insisted on looking inside of it. Why would I let a cheap store sift through my belongings so I can prove I’m allowed to bring my insulin around with me. Weird!

  Like Marshall's and Ross they often sell defective merch only to an evidently more severe degree. The $35 Ed Hardy satchel I bought had a defective print but still thought it was cute. The zipper stuck so much. Within 2 months a zipper fell off, the print was fading away, and the material was peeling as if it was left sitting in the sun. I've purchased much better quality for same price.
