  Sehr schlechter Service. Ich habe Sandalen gekauft und wollte noch ein paar Sneaker kaufen. Die Größe war nicht da und Ben der Verkäufer sagte, er ordert sie von einem anderen Shop und wir sollten am nächsten Tag wiederkommen. Am nächsten Tag waren wir im Geschäft, der Verkäufer war nicht da, die Schuhe nicht geordert und die anderen Verkäufer hatten keine Ahnung und haben sich auch nicht gekümmert. Wir sind aufgestanden und gegangen. Ich war fest entschlossen 2 Paar Sneaker zu kaufen, aber nicht in diesem Laden. Vielleicht werden auch Europäer nur so behandelt.

  I had the most wonderful experience at this location! The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. The salesman provided an honest explanation about the sizing and helped me make the best choice. I’m definitely going back to this store to get my next pair of Louboutins! Thank you so much. You guys are awesome!

  I recently had a fantastic experience at the Christian Louboutin boutique in Wynn Las Vegas, and I can't recommend it enough! Upon entering, I was warmly welcomed by Linda A., who provided exceptional service throughout my visit. I was excited to purchase the Her In Roman Mule Flat, a stylish addition that I couldn't resist. Linda instantly made the experience even more special when she learned I was in Vegas celebrating my husband’s birthday. She made an effort to engage with us, offering water and suggesting we toast with champagne to celebrate the occasion. To top it off, we sang “Happy Birthday” together, which added a delightful personal touch. Linda clearly understands the importance of creating memorable moments for her customers. She invited us to relax on a comfy sofa, where she took a lovely picture of my cousin, husband, and me, capturing the joy of the day. As a fan of Red Bottoms, I couldn't have asked for a better shopping experience. The boutique’s luxurious atmosphere, combined with Linda’s attentiveness and kindness, made it truly unforgettable. If you’re in Las Vegas, make sure to visit this boutique and ask for Linda—she’ll ensure you have a fantastic time! 😊

  They didn’t have my size in the dune trott. So I asked to try on something in my size so I could order the dune trott. They brought out a shoe that was also not in my size. When I said “oh the 38 runs big” they said “those aren’t a 38” So, why were they brought out? I wear the most common shoe size, I guess they don’t have inventory in the most common shoe size. I left after that.
