Well, it’s certainly not the products that I’m troubled with, but the fact that I was failed to be offered any assistance is very problematic. My husband and I were in Vegas last week, and I went into this location to look at two pair of shoes seen on line. One pair was in the store, the other was not. But upon entering the store, the guard at the door was very friendly. He let me in, offered a friendly hello, and was welcoming. I walked around the store twice before I got a half baked hello. But was I offered assistance? No, I was not. I walked the store a couple more times, and no one said a peep to me? I’m not one to pull the race card for every little thing, but I noticed every white person in the store was being talked to or assisted. Other than the guard, I was the only black person in the store, and the only one not acknowledged nor assisted. Sooooo, I put the $1300 pair of shoes that I was interested in back on the shelf, I left the store, and I took my money with me. You lost a sale, guys, you lost a sale.
