  The ultimate shoe buying experience! The staff were wonderful and very helpful. Love my new Private Number stillettos. I read several of the reviews posted, and my experience was very different. I visited the shop on Tuesday, the staff were very helpful. I was unsure of my size and they brought me 3 sizes and encouraged me to walk around the shop and they offered their expert help. I didn't buy the shoes on that visit but they still were very kind. I came back on Thursday and I was greeted, offered assistance immediately, and treated well. I knew exactly the style and color I wanted as I did my homework prior to visiting the shop. I'm sure this helped the staff to gauge me as a serious shopper rather than a lookie loo. They allowed me all the time I needed to try on several different sizes, they do run a bit small, and when I made my final decision, the staff took excellent care of me. I love my Lous, they are absolutely the sexiest shoes I own, and when I wear them, I feel as though I glide as I walk. They are comfortable, stable (with a 5 inch stilletto that is a statement! ) and absolutely gorgeous. As my SA advised, if they hurt, get a larger size! I think that some of the reviews are perhaps from people who may not have taken the time necessary to get a proper fit and perhaps these people came into the shop very late and maybe, just maybe, they weren't very nice to the staff to begin with. I had a great experience and look forward to my next visit. There's a pair of pumps that I have my eye on... :-) .

  I am out raged and appalled by the treatment I received at your Caesars Palace location at the form shops in Las Vegas Nevada. A gentleman named Jensen was unfortunately the first face I saw walking in there my husband bought me a pair of red bottoms the day before he did not realize that they came a little bit smaller compared to the American sizes so instead of a 9 1/2 I was a 10 I went back today to exchange sizes and did not have the receipt I know he could have looked it up by email but did not even seem to put in any effort nor care. I called later to ask when a Manager would be there and I think he recognized my voice because extremely rudely he gave it to me, he said that we needed a receipt an there was no way to exchange again (rude) when purchased my husband gave his ID and his email when he had bought the shoes so I have no idea how he could not look up the information. but trying to be understanding we ran back to the room my husband ran back to the store he called me at 11:55 the store was supposed to close at midnight they had shut the door literally in his face as he was walking up then the guy answered. and said were closed. He began to walk away when another guy came and knocked on the door and said he wanted to buy something and the man let him in with his lady friend my husband saw this and was outraged he waited for the guy to let the people who he let in. after turning him away and asked again for his name to double check he said "Jensen". I don't know if it had to do with the color of my husbands skin or if the man was having a bad day however his behavior was atrocious and unacceptable.
