  I had payment issue, but Lori helped me sincerely, so that I could purchase a nice bag at the shop. She was really kind and sweet.

  I love this store. It is smaller than the stores at the Wynn and Bellagio, but surely has rare and marvelous pieces. Shaunna is my sales associate and she is wonderful. She is always so kind and welcoming, and she takes the time to show me all the new pieces and inventory whenever I stop by. Since I’m local, she knows what I like and will show me the pieces I’ll love, which I really appreciate. She is never pushy and always makes shopping at Chanel feel easy and enjoyable. She has gotten to know my style and remembers the pieces I’m looking for. Shaunna is truly lovely, and I always look forward to seeing her when I visit the boutique. I highly recommend you look for her when visiting this store.

  One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had a Chanel boutique. No one greeted myself or my husband. All the sales associates were doing absolutely nothing it was mid day on a Wednesday so it was no one in the store. After being in the store for more than 10 mins I finally asked if someone could help us. She seemed as if we inconvenienced her by asking for help. I showed the bag that I was interested in. Didn’t check online or check for anything in the back. Just a flat out “no” and the feeling of being rushed out the store. We happily got back into our car and went to the Chanel at the Wynn where we were happily greeted and happily put an Amex down for the bag that I wanted once it is found and sourced. They need to train the sales associates better at this location. Save your time and your money and go to the Wynn. Way better selection and better trained sales associates.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My wife had a wonderful experience with Charlotte. She was incredibly friendly, fun to work with, and highly professional throughout my visit. Charlotte was very knowledgeable about the products and took the time to answer all her questions without making her feel pressured to purchase anything. Her genuine customer service and expertise made the shopping experience enjoyable and comfortable. We highly recommend Charlotte to anyone visiting this Chanel location and will definitely look forward to working with her again in the future.

  Girls are very rude, not friendly at all don’t make you feel welcomed at all. The security guard was also rude and didn’t even let me ask a question before going into the store told me to be quiet with his finger. The girls that were there today 12/15/2024 @8:30pm were very unprofessional with their long ugly faces. Looking very unhappy working there. I just walked out the store and didn’t buy anything. Not a friendly staff They suck. I didn’t even want to give it a 1 star but I had to leave a review.
