  This is to the leadership of Canada Goose.I’ve never in 25 years ever had an experience like this with any other retailer. I sent the return back that you sent me the incorrect item like over in the month ago. I’ve called like 14 times and I get a different answer every time. I’m disputing this with my Credit Card company in addition to reporting this on every single review profile online and I will never purchase from you again, and your leadership needs to contact me.

  I've been to this specific location multiple times and own several products. And the service has been amazing.This time I visited this place to browse my husband's christmas gift. And the female African American (?) SA at the entrance gave me such an attitude even before we entered the store. It was not acceptable customer service when you are expected to easily spend over a thousand dollar for a product. All the other SAs in the store were super nice as usual but her attitude just ruined my entire day and I just couldn't stay any longer in the store.

  Store product is great, but employee need some training to learn how to properly service customer, we are here to shop to spend money not to enjoy your attitude
