  My son bought me a swimsuit as a gift; it didn't fit, but we lost the receipt. He went to the store, and they refused to exchange it, issue a refund, or even give store credit. He paid credit card .Far from gaining a customer, they’ve lost one!

  We’re in Vegas for a basketball tournament, and while walking around the Miracle Mile Shops. We walked past Calzedonia, and she immediately loved a royal blue bikini. There was a 50% off sale going on, but the blue bikini wasn’t part of the sale. My daughter was trying on different shades that were on sale, and liked them. The sales associates were very helpful. I appreciate how patient, friendly everyone was. One lady could tell what my daughter really liked, she let us know that the blue suits would be on sale the next day. The next morning my daughter got up early to go shopping before her basketball game. We walked in, and the Store Director Sejla remembered us. Overall we had such a great shopping experience, and we’ll have to go again before we leave. Thank you everyone at Calzedonia.

  I’m a larger gal, size 12, and I was definitely nervous walking in, but I was made to feel welcome IMMEDIATELY and the store associate made me feel so comfortable and reassured. She made me some sizing and color recommendations that worked well with my skin tone, and her choice was so perfect I had to take it home! To the lass that was opening the shop July 4th, you are so appreciated <3

  Calzedonia - Anonymous Positive Review I was shopping with my girlfriend when a longtime Calzedonia employee (a woman with long blonde braids, light skin) provided exceptional, patient, and proactive service. She was assisting multiple customers and appeared to be training a new employee, yet she remained courteous and attentive to everyone in the store. When a tall African-American customer (women)entered and asked about an order, another employee began assisting her, while the blonde-braided employee continued helping us and the new trainee. She calmly supported the process, helped African - American customer find a top for an exchange, and ensured the interaction remained smooth and respectful for all parties. Before we tried to check out the atmosphere shifted as the African-American customer spoke harshly about the blonde-braided employee. The customer’s accusations were unkind and unfounded, and the employee showed professionalism and restraint, apologizing where appropriate and avoiding escalation despite visible emotional strain. Throughout the incident, the blonde-braided employee maintained composure, empathy, and commitment to delivering excellent customer service. She remained kind, patient, and professional in the face of unkind behavior. I want to recognize this wonderful person for her dedication and for consistently providing top-notch customer service. Five stars
