  Was in town for a few days on holiday, stopped by Bucherer to check out a few watches. I approached the Rolex counter when I walked in and was greeted by Betsy. She immediately told me that " she doesn't work in this department" and it was obvious she had very little knowledge of the brand and couldn't answer any of my questions. Eventually Heidi took over and she was extremely helpful and answered all my questions, I thought the watch i was wanting was a Submariner, but the piece was actually a GMT. Kudos to Heidi hopefully I hear from her soon

  Recently I was in Vegas on vacation and visited Bucherer so I could browse and try on Cartier watches. My intention initially was just to window shop, so that I could make my decision on a future purchase, but the conversation l had with Rivy changed my entire experience. She was very warm and amazing. She created such a positive experience and without trying to sell me, our conversation naturally went from curiosity to eventually purchasing the watch. Honestly its hard not to compare everyone else to the professionalism and class that Rivy treated me with. She left her mark and if given the opportunity, I would really only want to work with her going forward. Such great character and professionalism and truly A+ representation from Bucherer. Thanks again Rivy!

  Beautiful selection and store. Was a pleasure to speak to Lindsey. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient and her suggestions helped in my decision making. Would recommend this store for anyone looking for a Rolex or other high end watches.

  Very nice jewelry store in Vegas. They are very professional and have a variety of stunning pieces. Rivy was amazing! I went in to see their Spinelli collection. She was so knowledgeable and not only did she help me pick my perfect Spinelli ring, she showed me so many other amazing jewelry pieces. Needless to say, I will be back to buy other fabulous jewelry pieces from them!

  We went there to check some automatic ladies watches. We were assisted by the best associate we have ever had - John Plum. He was great. Not only did he show us everything, he was also very patient and not pushy at all, which is very important for me. We also learned a lot about watches from him. If you ever go to that store and you need help, look for him. You will not be disappointed.
