  To nie jest sklep. To jest świątynia amerykańskiego outdooru, katedra sprzętu terenowego i miejsce, w którym człowiek wchodzi po jedną rzecz, a wychodzi z poczuciem, że właśnie powinien przeprowadzić się w góry i rozpocząć nowe życie. 🇺🇸🔥 Asortyment jest tak ogromny, że po kilku minutach przestajesz pytać „czego szukam?”, a zaczynasz pytać „jak ja w ogóle żyłem bez tych wszystkich rzeczy?!”. Ubrania, obuwie, wyposażenie terenowe, akcesoria, sprzęt dla ludzi żyjących blisko natury — półki wyglądają tak, jakby ktoś postanowił przygotować człowieka na absolutnie każdy scenariusz, jaki może wydarzyć się między pustynią Nevady a dzikimi ostępami Alaski. Najbardziej amerykańskie jest jednak to poczucie skali. Wszystko jest duże. Wybór jest ogromny. Wrażenie jest jeszcze większe. Człowiek zaczyna się zastanawiać, czy przypadkiem nie trafił do sklepu, który za chwilę wystawi własny kod pocztowy. 😂 A obsługa? Poziom absolutnie mistrzowski. Życzliwość, wiedza i zainteresowanie klientem sprawiają, że nawet ktoś, kto wszedł tylko popatrzeć, zaczyna czuć się jak stały bywalec. Tutaj nie ma atmosfery „proszę sobie poszukać”. Jest prawdziwe zainteresowanie i chęć pomocy. Po tej wizycie europejski sklep z podobnym asortymentem może już nigdy nie wyglądać tak samo. To miejsce jest tak amerykańskie, że prawie spodziewałem się, że przy wyjściu ktoś wręczy mi mapę Arizony, kapelusz i kluczyki do pick-upa. Najlepszy sklep łowiecki na świecie? Nie będę się nawet kłócił z tym stwierdzeniem. Dla mnie — absolutny kosmos. 🇺🇸🤠🔥

  Very disappointed with my recent experiences at Bass Pro Shops. I went to Bass Pro specifically because I was looking to purchase two rifles, a .338 Lapua Magnum and a .300 PRC. I was interested in both new and used options. Unfortunately, on multiple visits, I had a difficult time getting anyone to help me in the firearms department. What was even more disappointing was when I asked about using my Bass Pro Rewards discount. Instead of feeling like my business was appreciated, I felt like the attitude changed and I was essentially pushed away. If Bass Pro offers Rewards benefits to its customers, there should be no reason for a customer to feel uncomfortable simply asking about using them. This isn’t an isolated incident. This is the third time I have gone to Bass Pro first intending to make a significant firearm purchase and ended up buying somewhere else. I already have a Bass Pro Rewards account and would have preferred to give Bass Pro my business, but customer service matters. I ultimately purchased both rifles from another retailer. Bass Pro is losing sales from customers who are actually walking through the door ready to spend money. I hope management takes a serious look at the firearms department and the way customers are being treated. I shouldn’t have to repeatedly track someone down for assistance or feel like I’m being pushed away when I’m trying to make a purchase and use a legitimate Rewards benefit. Three times is enough. I wanted to give Bass Pro my business, but Bass Pro gave me reasons to take it elsewhere.

  I came into the store today to look for a new firearm. I spoke to an amazing employee named Chase. He took the time to explain everything to me since I am new to firearms. While we were talking, the manager (also named Chase) was putting some guns out and got in on the conversation we were having. I don’t know where you find these guys, but they both were the most knowledgeable and kind hearted people I ever met and took the time not for a sale, but to make me feel very comfortable with guns. I’ll be back just for these two gentlemen.

  This 1 star review is for the firearms section of the store only. This would be the accurate review I gave Bass Pro Shops: This is like my 2nd time visiting Bass Pro Shops, first time I was just doing some clothing shopping. This time I went in to look at handguns and I was actually greeted nicely at first by the older blonde lady there who helped me queue in line. A couple minutes later a white male with sleeve tattoos wearing glasses calls my name. I greeted him and asked how he's doing to which he just ignored me and stared at me until I told him the couple of handguns I was looking for. Keep in mind this is my first time purchasing any firearm. However, I have done research and was in the Army for a few years where I only got to shoot two different handguns (I did not tell him this). But as we all know it's very different to hold the actual firearms in our hands than just researching on it and watching videos of it hence the reason I came in, to get a feel of the handguns I was interested in. I mentioned that this was my first time purchasing a handgun, and even THEN he continued to give horrible customer service and kept treating me as if I was ALREADY supposed to know everything. It's pretty clear that he didn't want to be there or I don't know what it was because I had asked a couple of questions and he would just give me such a short answer without elaborating further. I decided to leave shortly after because I was not about to pay this guy if he's going to have such poor attitude and stare at me as if I was wasting his time. This occurred on September 24th, 2026 around 4:10 PM. I was really hoping the person that attended me would be friendly enough to give me advice and more information on the handguns I was looking at. I barely got enough time to feel each handgun because this person was just standing there with such a poor attitude. I rarely leave reviews like these but the fact is I was only there like 5 minutes because this guy really made me feel as if I wasn't welcomed. I understand it's a serious business and I know the basic and then some to safety when it comes to firearms. But just because it's a serious business doesn't mean that the customer service has to be shitty.

  This place was incredible a true mecca for all things outdoors. Hunting, fishing, camping, hiking, boating, and so much more. I have never been to place that felt like the outdoors inside. Definitely a worthwhile visit for anyone who enjoys nature and doing things under the wide open sky. I went in to purchase ammo to do some target shooting with my friends and we were able to find everything we needed and at reasonable prices. Pistol rounds and rifle rounds and all caliburs.
