Not at “Rancher Hat Bar” in the cosmopolitan hotel… total waste of time and cheap hats that are overpriced. ⸻ Got my hat done yesterday by a young man who was absolutely awesome. My sister-in-law and I didn’t have an appointment, but we were helped within about 30 minutes of arriving. He was incredibly patient while we took our time picking out ribbons and accessories, and never made us feel rushed. We forgot your name, but thank you so much for such a great experience! I was there this last Friday and needed a nice shirt to go out for that night and for the concert at Planet Hollywood that next day! After a short walk from PH, I walked over and got outstanding customer service from Perla... she asked all the right questions and pointed out some great shirts and after trying them on..I was sold👍😎!! Note: Im a Retired Army VET🇺🇸 and they do offer us a great discount!! This is the only store I go to buy cloth becuz of their amazing selection and customer service! - FFFefeApr 19, 20265.0Y’all… I Came in for a Hat & Left Wanting a Horse I had such a wonderful experience at Ariat, 3716 South Las Vegas Boulevard, Las Vegas, Nevada 89158. The store is beautifully decorated, there is so much to see, and the customer service is amazing from the moment you walk in. They let you look around a bit, greet you warmly, and really make you feel welcome. Once I got upstairs to the second floor, that’s where the magic started. I met Ivan, who I am officially calling the Hat Ambassador. He was patient, knowledgeable, and helpful while I tried on what felt like a million hats. I ended up getting a beautiful Stetson rabbit felt hat with a distressed look, some branding, and an open crown exactly how I wanted it. Ivan took his time shaping it and made sure every detail was just right. I had a $2 dollar bill & asked Ivan if he could sign it & he did & placed it in the crown. At the very end, he extended his hand, took off his hat, thanked me for coming, and it honestly felt like I had stepped into an old western movie. By the time I left, I felt like I should have had a horse tied up outside waiting for me. If you want an amazing cowboy hat experience in Las Vegas, go see Ivan at Ariat. Five stars all the way. 🤠
