  This store is amazing! It has 2 floors of merchandise you can choose from, me and my husband bought boots and clothes. The best part is the customer service, Pearla was so helpful she went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend this store.

  Children working here. The girls that work here do their best at ignoring customers. I wouldn't spend a dime here, based on customer service alone! TODD, came off as preditory considering he was flirting with my 15 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER!!! Corporate: Retrain your employees on appropriate conversation engaging with customers!!! Her father was not pleased and we will NOT support this establishment again because TODD was inappropriate to our daughter!

  A slew of employees just standing around giving customers the stare down, is not what I expected. The Nashville store I frequent has employees that are actually kind and helpful. This store was anything but. A group of Hispanic girls standing around fiddling with their hair, avoiding eye contact with customers and a elderly manager walking around with a black cowboy hat, smirking at people. I would NOT shop here. The atmosphere is depressing to say the least. 0/10.

  The "manager" Todd was extremely condescending and rude to my wife and I. He seemed to be unwell or just an awful representation of Ariat. He seems out of touch and upset that diversity exists. Ariat should hire younger people, because TODD seems too old and bitter to relate to customers in 2026!

  I had such an amazing experience with Melody yesterday. Talk about amazing customer service. She is so knowledgeable and so kind. I was looking for a pair of boots to bring back home. I had been in looking for quite sometime. No one greeted me or even looked in my direction until I ran into Melody. She immediately assisted me and asked me how I was doing. She took the time to ask me questions, what kind of style I was looking for, special occasions, even brought me different sizing to see what felt comfortable! She made me feel so welcomed in the store. This is what you call going above and beyond with your clients. Out of the whole store, she was the only one who was kind enough to approach me. I received a couple of looks from other associates who didn’t even take the time to even say hello. Shout out to Melody, will definitely be coming back to see her for my next visit in Vegas.
