  Great location, sizing was plentiful. Colour selection was extremely mid. I realize that seasonally changes occur however I just didn’t find the muted neons a staple addition to my wardrobe. Very friendly staff and the store was immaculate

  To spend so much money in this store and the lady at the register was really dry and not really helpful a bit rude.. Also, leaving now, you have multiple people by the door. I had a baby in a stroller and multiple bags and not one of them offered to even open the door for me and just watch me struggled at bit. Never going back to this location EVER.

  Limited selection and frustratingly slow service. This location is much smaller than the two stores on the Strip, which would be fine if the customer experience made up for it, which it unfortunately did not. I stopped in to pick up an online order, and the two employees at the counter seemed completely disengaged. There was no greeting or acknowledgment when I walked in, and they stayed on their phones until I spoke first. What really made the experience disappointing was the pickup process itself. It took 15–20 minutes for them to locate my order, which defeats the purpose of choosing in-store pickup for convenience. It’s especially frustrating because this location is far more accessible for me, and I was hoping it would become my go-to store.
