  Myliah at ALO in Crystals was absolutely amazing! She was so warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. She made the shopping experience feel so easy and personalized, and I really appreciated how knowledgeable and kind she was. Exceptional customer service and such a lovely experience. I’ll definitely be back to see Myliah!

  There was one lady working here who was extremely inappropriate in her sales. She was essentially flirting, stating “don’t break my heart” and “come back” so we’d return to the store and buy something. It was uncomfortable.

  I had a wonderful time! Jackie greeted me warmly and helped me get in and out fast! I saw an associate wearing a cute skirt and she found it, styled me with other pieces and I was on my way! Everyone who works there as well is such a great example of the brand, they are styled BEAUTIFULLY head to toe in the Alo pieces and are such great inspiration to people like me, who were stuck trying to find something on the fly! Thank Jackie, I love my skirt!!!

  Came last night to accompany my husband and sister to shop at Alo located at crystals. I was wearing my Alo blue jacket which i used for my 12 hour shift. My sister and husband tried on a couple of jackets and sweatshirts. When i was paying for the black jacket, the Sales associate asked me, “aren’t you gonna pay for that?”. SHE was pointing at my blue jacket, the ONE i am wearing. I told her “this is MINE! I came wearing it”. But the associate accused me that i tried it on….. I told her that i did not even try anything. The sales associate even asked me where the blue jacket that my husband tried on. My husband told her it is back on the rack. My sister told the associate/ cashier to check the CCTV / camera if she has concerns. I asked for her name but she turned away and came back with the lead staff. This is ridiculous! Unacceptable! I’ve been a loyal customer and been telling friends and family how i like Alo but what happened last night 5/29/26 at 9pm was Unacceptable! Alo should have better sales associate at Crystals. That associate with long, dry, curly hair, about 5 ft tall with alot of gold bangles on her arm needs proper training. She is accusatory with no basis at all! She did not even apologize. The Lead associate did not give me the name of her staff when i asked. She said she is not in a position to to give her staff’s name. She is Trying to cover up for her staff. You made me feel so uncomfortable! The staff is accusatory. Worst shopping experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!Now i wonder if i should not wear Alo clothes when i shop in your store! Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!
