  "A" or "Lo"? Because half my logo is gone. For $100+ leggings, I expected the branding to last longer than a few gym sessions. I followed every "pro tip" from online forums like Reddit: I washed them inside out, used cold water, and air-dried them like they were made of glass. It didn’t matter. The "L" is completely gone, and the "o" is hanging on for dear life.

  very bad product expirence and store don't wat to exchage, only one month after purchsed. Alo las vegas need better customer support and stand by product quality

  I see the reviews about customer service and I do think one of my trips there were similar. However, on my last visit, I was helped by the ops manager Brent and he was incredibly helpful and kind. Immediately pulled great pieces to suit my preferences and requests.

  Although we didn’t buy everything we tried on. We got a few of the items . Moreover Jordan was a great ambassador for the brand. She took time and walked us thru options and gave feedback on what other customers said about certain items . I think alo is lucky to have her. The positive review is manly about her, her manager should know. We can buy clothes anywhere and she made us want to come back .

  employees are extremely rude and lazy . When you ask any questions they are very dismissive. I do not recommend this location at all . Even when asking for a clothing sizes they’re extremely lazy to go look . You’re better off buying online . This location needs to replace all the employees. I think the only one who’s nice is the guy at check out other than that this store needs new employees who actually want to help customers
