  Terrible experience. Took numerous brand clothing. Many of which were stylish jeans that I payed $60-$70 for. Many nice shirts as well that I only wore once others twice. Took in about 25 items. They only took 4. For a total of $18. Will never take merchandise there again. EVER. Waste of my time

  I called to ask if they’d make a one time exception to the box rule because I drove all the way and I’ve never sold here before. They said yes. I bring in the box 2 minutes after the call. They say no. So annoying. I called the store manager and all she said was “I’m sorry about that”. Never coming back here. The Henderson one is better.

  I took three bags of clothes to this location, mind you all gently used name brand items like Abercrombie, American Eagle, and Nike. All sizes L-XL which they do not have a lot of at this location. Waited 2 hours for them to take one pair of pants for $3. I get that they can’t take everything but at this point you wasted my time and gas money. If you only want fast fashion shein clothes just say that or be upfront that you have too much inventory. I will never try to sell clothes or shop here again.

  Do not bring your clothes here to be sold...went 3 times within this week no Customer Service at All..met owner of this store she was very confrontational and worse with me..i was asking questions trying to understand her stores policy..and she said that I was being rude...so I tell her after she said it was a 3 hours wait and I was the first selling in I wonder why..she she it was and event...but I asked what does that have to do with me as far as selling...said if I don't want the 3 hour wait don't leave them...i did..and she only tried to buy 4 items..so when I returned...i told her I'm not selling them to her store..thank you but NO Thanks...it's a waste of time..at this store...Don't buy are Bring your clothes to this store to sell!! NICE ITEMS I HAVE... and will be taking them to Buffalo Exchange on This Sunday...
