  Stopped in to kill some time and ended up finding all kinds of good things. The Rack can be hit or miss depending on location. This one was a total hit!

  Frustrating and poorly handled experience at this location. I had a prior conversation with the assistant GM who confirmed that the in-store price would be honored at pickup. When I arrived, that commitment was not honored. The item rang at a significantly lower price in their own system, yet management refused to adjust it. Instead of focusing on resolving a clear pricing discrepancy, the associate was more concerned with internal issues than assisting the customer. There was no accountability, no clear explanation, and no effort to make the situation right. After also being transferred multiple times during a customer service call, I ultimately left without any resolution. This reflects a lack of consistency, communication, and customer care. Very disappointing experience.
