No one called me, and my doorbell camera showed no evidence that anyone attempted to make the delivery. Instead, I was forced to drive and pick up the order myself. When I explained the situation and requested a refund of the delivery fee and tip that had been automatically charged, the staff refused. Rather than trying to resolve the issue, they responded with a dismissive and rude attitude. To make matters worse, I spent over $160 on a small bouquet with no vase and a fruit arrangement that did not justify the price. The quality and value were far below what I expected for the amount I paid. Mistakes can happen, but refusing to take responsibility for a failed delivery and treating a paying customer poorly is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business and will not be returning.
