  Joel was so sweet and helpful! He talked me through all the types of jeans and grabbed me the sizes I ended up needing :) Gabby was also amazing! What a great staff for this location <3

  Came in today looking for some jeans and was immediately greeted with big smiles from Leilani and Gabby ! These ladies are fantastic! They both were attentive to me and other customers around me. They both are a great asset to American Eagle. I will definitely be back.

  I had the BEST experience here today. I went shopping because I’m going through a hard time, and the vibes were so chill I didn’t cry once while in the store (I cried when I ordered a matcha earlier on in the day). Anyway, I found these shorts I really liked but couldn’t find my size. I asked the employee named Britt if she could help, and she looked it up on her computer and she said that she saw one in the system!! Britt searched the racks for it, and it was no where to be seen. However, there was one on display HIGH UP in the store and she GRABBED A LADDER. Straight queen behavior. The one on display was my size!!! I skipped around the store for a second and thanked her. She really saved my day. I’m writing this review and crying because I’m still sad but I didn’t cry ONCE at American Eagle today because ALL of the staff were really sweet and awesome. Especially Britt. I got Claire’s name too and the other girls working this Sunday morning were really kind and helpful. Thanks again!! 💗💗💗
