  I stopped in around noon today, and even though I don’t shop here very often, I was really impressed with the customer service. Two younger women were checking me out I believe their names were Yaritza and Marky, they mentioned that one of them was new and in training—which I didn’t mind at all. They were both friendly and helpful, and even took the time to look up a coupon for me. I didn’t even know JCPenney offered coupons. Overall, it was a great experience, and I really appreciated their positive attitudes and willingness to go the extra mile.

  I've been going to the salon here for a while, and Anthony always does an excellent job. I could have a clear idea of what I want, or no idea at all, but Anthony make it work. He knows what he's doing and is very kind and friendly while doing it. I always leave feeling more confident than when I went in.
