  They have a good selection of ammo. The young man who helped us at the gun counter was very nice.

  Not one to focus on the negative aspect of these encounters. But I can't stand to be treated Rudely! I called today to the gun counter to check on the status of a gun I'm in the process of purchasing after waiting for 15 minutes on hold, I greet the employee formally. "Hello, how are you doing today?" and all he has to say to me is "what can I do for you?". Didn't ask how I was or even say hello back. After speaking with the manager John (who was polite and respectfu) he called me back in matter of minutes about my inquiry, I feel a little better. But, The employee I believe his name is Derek at the gun counter needs to be held accountable for how he treats customers and lack of customer service. After reading the reviews it seems to be the problematic area of this store. I'll leave this at a one star til my next encounter... Update** I picked up my firearm and was helped by Joey and Rick and they both knocked it out of the park!! Great customer service!! And both went above and beyond. I came in as the gun counter was closing and they stayed late just so I could pick my firearm and they threw in some great convo as well. I didn't want to hold them up any longer than I had to, so I put off buying ammo til the following day. I noticed the sale price was off for my purchase so I spoke with John again and he squared everything up immediately no questions asked . So this is getting updated to to 5 stars. One bad employee can ruin a whole stores reputation..

  Is this place still open? The last several times I've been in the mall, the store entrance from the mall has been closed. I might have browsed through, but I wasn't going to walk clear around the building to get to an entrance.

  It could improve, but alright overall, the prices tend to be good paired with some of the deals but they do not have enough workers at this location.. most the times there’s no one at the Firearms or Outdors department and rarely have a cashier on the exit near the parking lot, last time I wanted to ask to look at a fire arm a guy showed up 30 mins after only for him to leave.. crazy work..
