  Ive been here a bunch. Not sure why so many people gave it negative reviews, but workers have always been cool with me. The only thing i recommend is if you’re buying an expensive ball, double check someone hasn’t switched it out with a cheaper one. I was hoping to pick up a competition-level ball from the world cup, and after finding the last one on the shelf, it had obviously been switched out with the cheaper club version. This isnt the store’s fault, as its obvious that someone switched them out (box had small rips in it). But just make sure you dont pay 3x the price because someone else was being selfish.

  Went to Santa fe for a job debriefing. Stopped at this store to check it out. There was no one by the gun counter. When we asked someone came out rude as hell. Short cocky answers, attitude, dismissed us and answered the phone. Was going to buy a weapon, but we spent it at another store. I wouldn't step in this store again if you paid me too. crappy service

  I tried to return a defective chair I had bought less than two weeks ago. They would not because I did not have a receipt but they could have looked up my credit card. The sales people had sickly smiles on their faces when they refused and were rude. . Beware of buying anything from them. Big 5 is just down the road and I have had great experiences there.

  The worst customer service I have ever seen, I don't know if they were being rude or discriminatory towards us but it was wrong. I walked up to the guns to buy a revolver and there was a lady in front of me that was there first, after 10 minutes they went to her and then when my turn came they walked right bye me and went to the back room. So we asked if he would be back and the one guy standing behind the counter said he went to get keys. So we waited and then he walked out from behind the counter and started helping people that just walked up. So we were like hey we were here waiting and are next not them, and they said just wait we decide who we see next, so we said let me talk to the manager and first they said he wasn't there then it all of sudden was the guy with the keys. Just bad service and messed up no matter what and I didn't think this stuff even goes on it was really unbelievable and I still cant believe it happened.

  Worn out store with old stock. Tried to buy a pair of sunglasses and they had been in the case so long the cling sticker left an imprint on the lenses. Tried to return as their website says they'll honor manufacturer warranties but got a bunch of run around about how they can't return items from display cases. Run away from this place.
